Shimberg Lectures

Dr. Benjamin Shimberg, widely considered the father of accountability in professional and occupational licensing, was the first chair of CACs Board of Directors until his death in September 2003. The Board named Ben Chairman Emeritus of CAC and created an annual Ben Shimberg Public Service Award. Each year, the Board asks the award recipient to deliver a lecture.
